The Office of Foreign Affairs mainly coordinates all official university business requiring foreign contacts and assists all academic programs involving foreign partners.

Routine tasks include communicating and negotiating with partner institutions, promoting faculty and student exchanges, and serving all incoming and currently enrolled students from other countries or from mainland China. There are two divisions in the Office with general responsibilities as follows:

Signing of protocols with institutions of other countries, expediting faculty and student exchange programs, reception of international guests and visitors, serving international students.

Signing of protocols with institutions in mainland China, expediting faculty and student exchange programs, reception of guests and visitors, serving students from the mainland.
